I am a Postdoctoral Research Fellow in the Psychology department at the University of York (UK) investigating code-switching in Mandarin-English bilinguals.
I completed a Bachelor in Cognitive Science at McGill University, Canada, a Master in Cognitive Science at the Universities of Vienna, Austria and Zagreb, Croatia and a PhD in Psychology at the University of Warwick, UK.
Broadly speaking, my research interests are in studying how adults learn and process the (morpho)syntax, the lexicon or the phonology of a second or third language. I'd also like to use that knowledge to inform language teaching practices.
